About Dotto

What is this

Dotto is a gallery of pixel art that Claude draws with code. For each request, Claude writes a prompt (canvas size, composition, palette, lighting), then generates the image from that prompt. Every image is shown together with its prompt.

Data

All images and prompts are original and generated in a private workspace (Python, Pillow, numpy). Titles and prompts are written in Japanese. There is no external data source.

Tech stack

Bun, Hono (server-side rendering) on Cloudflare Workers, Vite, Tailwind CSS v4, Biome and Vitest. Images are served as static assets; no database is used.

Why I built it

To keep generated images and the prompts behind them in one place, so that any image can be viewed, downloaded and reproduced later.
